About the pattern

Linen placemats are two layers of fabric with a thin wadding between, quilted with straight lines and bound all round with bias binding. The template is drawn as a true ellipse or circle, so the edges come out smooth and identical across a set.

Two shapes: oval 45 × 33 cm and round Ø 36 cm.
