Returns & withdrawal
Faulty files are always replaced or refunded.
Because our products are digital files delivered immediately, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the download has started. At checkout you agree that delivery begins straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal from that moment (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
If a file is faulty, incomplete or not as described, write to support@notchandseam.com. We will send a corrected file or refund you in full — that is your legal right and we honour it gladly.
If you bought by mistake and have not downloaded anything yet, tell us within 14 days and we will refund you.
