About the pattern
Quay is the classic vest shape: a scooped neckline, narrow shoulder straps and generous armholes, with the neck and armhole edges wrapped in a slim binding cut from the same knit. Two main pieces and three straight strips make up the whole garment, so it sews up in an afternoon.
The pattern is graded for men's sizes EU 44 to 58 and fits close to the body, with only a little ease at chest and hip. Wear it as a base layer under shirts or on its own in warm weather.
