2. Scope
These terms apply to every order placed with us by consumers resident in the European Union. By placing an order you accept them.
3. Products and prices
Product descriptions and images are given in good faith; colours on screen may vary slightly from the real item. All prices are in euros and include VAT.
4. Your order
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email; the contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or deliver the download. If an item is unavailable we tell you straight away and refund any payment.
5. Payment
Payment is taken by card (Visa, Mastercard) through our payment provider when you place your order. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach us.
6. Delivery
Patterns are digital files. Download links are made available immediately after payment; nothing is posted.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have the statutory right of withdrawal described on our Returns & withdrawal page, which also explains when it ends for digital content.
8. Guarantee
All products carry the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery. If an item is not as described or becomes faulty, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
9. Licence for digital files
Patterns are licensed for personal use. You may make and sell finished handmade items from them. You may not copy, share, resell or upload the pattern files, in original or modified form. Patterns marked as based on FreeSewing designs are drafted with FreeSewing (MIT licence), whose licence is included in the download.
10. Complaints
Please write to support@notchandseam.com first; we answer within one working day and aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days. You can also contact the consumer authority in your country or the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Romania. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
